Available by invite only, it offers personalized well-being plans that inspire you to stay active and connected to others. This engaging digital experience is an integral part of the holistic SteadFit wellness program and takes you step-by-step through exercises, articles, tips, quizzes and more. Whether you’re just getting into a stretching routine, or ready to run a mile, SteadFit is there to give you keep you personally guided and, as a community, collectively inspired. Go at your own pace. There’s something new to discover every day.

What to expect from SteadFit plans:
